Current Students
Welcome to the first class of Texas State Civil Engineering majors. We are excited to have you be part of our new program. We look forward to May 2023 when you will be part of the first graduating class of Civil Engineers. Pretty cool.

Note for all of our incoming students, freshmen and transfers alike: Some classroom and office space on the 5th floor of RF Mitte, and all of our laboratory spaces on the 1st floor will be undergoing renovations beginning in August 2019. Renovations are expected to continue for approximately 2 years, hopefully less time. Consequently, we will be rolling out our academic program (all newly developed courses) one year at a time. Below is the schedule for when our course will be taught. General education and other Math, Science, and Engineering courses will be taught on their regular schedules.
As a result, we will not have our first graduates until May 2023. It will not be possible to graduate with a BS in Civil Engineering any earlier.
