Elevating radar sensor production to new heights, our Stack and Press project is set to optimize autonomous mobility. By pinpointing and resolving PCB mating and pressing errors, we're ensuring unprecedented robustness in sensor assembly. Our focus on failure mode analysis and root cause investigation provides a roadmap to minimizing downtime and maximizing output. The result? A seamless manufacturing flow that delivers on the promise of error-free mating & pressing process using targeted interventions and data-driven corrective actions.
