NDI face challenges in the enterprise environment. These include communication, sensory sensitivity, executive functioning and social interaction. Despite their abilities, they require a tool that will aid them to perform smoother operations and increase productivity in the workplace. An interface prototype based on qualitative data secured from conducted interviews to NDIs in the technology enterprise.
