Formula SAE (Formula Society of Automotive Engineers) is an international design competition where University Engineering students go head to head competing to build the best formula style racecar. The students must conceive, design, fabricate, and complete a formula style racecar. Texas State University retains its own Formula SAE team, "Bobcat Racing". This project focuses on designing and producing a high quality pedal assembly that maximizes its strength to weight ratio while providing exceptional feedback and driver feel.
